Research access in your AI assistant

The Coin Daily Research website and its AI-assistant connection use the same membership. The connection itself does not create a membership or a trial.

Research access is available to an active member, an eligible active trial, or an account granted complimentary access. The AI assistant may have its own separate account requirements; Coin Daily membership does not include that service.

Connected, but access is not recognised?

Check that the email used for the connection is the same account holding your Research access. Signing in successfully confirms your identity, not your membership. If you have more than one email or sign-in method, an account mismatch can explain why access is not recognised. Do not start a second membership to troubleshoot an existing one. Contact Coin Daily support with your account email and the message shown. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.

The assistant cannot purchase, renew or cancel membership, change billing, or grant complimentary access. Those account actions take place outside the conversation.
