Sign in, link and manage your account¶
One Coin Daily account covers Research Desk, the account pages here and the MCP connection inside your AI assistant. Your membership belongs to the account, not to a single browser or assistant.
Email and password¶
- Open your account or Research Desk and choose sign in.
- Enter the original email and password you created at signup.
- If you have forgotten the password, choose the email sign-in option and use Forgot your password on the sign-in page. Request a password reset and follow the emailed verification instructions.
Google¶
Choose Continue with Google and select the Google account you want to use. Google sign-in opens the Coin Daily account for that Google identity. A matching email display name alone does not prove that two sign-ins are already linked.
Do not buy a second membership to fix a sign-in or linking problem.
Link Google to an existing account¶
If you originally signed up with email and password and now want to use Google as well:
- Sign in with the original email and password.
- Open Account → Sign-in and security.
- Choose Link Google to this account and complete the Google sign-in with the Google account you want to add.
The proved Google identity is added to the same account. Afterwards, Continue with Google opens that account.
- A matching email by itself is never treated as proof that the two sign-ins are linked.
- Linking does not move purchases, billing, preferences, contact records or a deletion request between accounts.
- If the Google account already belongs to a different, otherwise-empty Coin Daily sign-in, linking moves only the Google sign-in you just proved. Other sign-ins on that account stay where they are, and the account stays usable.
Switch accounts or browsers¶
Sign out in the account page ends the signed-in session in that browser. Your separately connected AI assistants are not disconnected by a browser sign-out. To use a different account, sign out first, then sign in with the other account's method.
If a host still shows the previous account, sign out there as well, or remove and re-add the connection, then complete the Coin Daily sign-in with the account you want.
Membership recovery and identity linking are different¶
| Action | What it does | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Membership recovery (Find an existing membership) | Emails a one-use verification link for a purchase or complimentary membership that is not yet connected to your account | You control the membership's email address, but the purchase does not appear in the account you are signed in to |
| Link Google | Adds a proved Google sign-in to the account you are already using | You want to sign in with Google as well as the original method |
Recovery requires you to confirm the emailed link in the same signed-in account. If the membership is already connected to another sign-in, no verification email is sent and no ownership changes. If you believe an existing membership is yours, sign out, sign in with the original method for that membership, then link Google from that account. Do not start another purchase to solve it.
Recovery connects a membership; it is not an account merge, and it never moves a purchase to a different email holder.
Invoices, plan changes and cancellation¶
In Account → Membership, choose Manage billing to open the billing portal. There you can update the payment method, change between the advertised plans, read invoices and cancel renewal.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- Overdue payments follow the payment-retry status shown in the portal.
- An ended or unpaid subscription stops granting new Research and MCP access, but previously delivered cards and downloaded information are not remotely erased.
- Cancelling a paid subscription does not cancel separate complimentary access.
Billing questions beyond the portal: contact The Coin Daily. Never send passwords, verification codes or card details.
Complimentary access¶
Some accounts hold active complimentary access recorded by The Coin Daily. It covers Research Desk and the MCP tools until its recorded expiry and does not require a subscription. If your account shows complimentary access, you do not need to subscribe to keep using it before that date. Setup and troubleshooting pages describe subscriptions and trials; the same complimentary access covers both products.
Contact Coin Daily support if you believe an invitation is missing.
