Manage your subscription

One plan, everything included: $19/month or $190/year (two months free). New customers get a 7-day free trial — you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then and pay nothing.

Free trials are for first-timers: one per customer, and one per payment card. If you (or your card) have had a subscription before, resubscribing bills from day one.

Start a subscription

  1. Go to thecoindaily.co/mcp and pick monthly or annual.
  2. Complete checkout — EUR and GBP prices appear automatically based on where you are.
  3. Add the connector in Claude or ChatGPT (see the quickstart) and sign in with the same email you paid with.

Access activates automatically at checkout. If you paid first and created your account after, it activates the first time you use it — no reconnection needed.

Check your subscription

  1. Go to mcp.thecoindaily.co/account.
  2. Enter your email — we send a sign-in link. No password.
  3. The Subscription section shows your plan and status.

Update your card, switch plans, or download invoices

  1. Open your account and choose Manage billing.
  2. In the billing portal you can update your payment method, switch between monthly and annual, and download every invoice (VAT-ready for your accountant).

Cancel

  1. Your accountManage billingCancel subscription.
  2. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for — cancelling never cuts you off early.
  3. You'll get a confirmation email. That's it; there's nobody to argue with.

If a payment fails

We retry your card for up to two weeks and email you a secure link to update it. Your access continues during that window. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and access stops.

When a subscription ends

Within about an hour of a lapse, the connector stops answering and your assistant will show a short message: "Your Coin Daily subscription isn't active — subscribe or renew at thecoindaily.co/mcp." Nothing breaks, and your account and history remain.

Renew after it's ended

  1. Open your account and choose your plan under Subscription.
  2. Billing starts the day you renew (renewals don't get a second trial).
  3. Access restores on your next request — you don't need to reconnect anything.

Delete your account

Your accountRequest account deletion. We email a confirmation link; once you click it, your data is erased (GDPR Article 17) — irreversibly. Cancel your subscription first so you don't pay for access you've deleted.

Something not working?

If you've paid but the connector says you're not subscribed, make sure you signed in with the same email you paid with — then simply try again (access self-corrects on the next request). Still stuck? Contact us — a human answers.
