Your subscription

One subscription covers Research Desk and the MCP tools and widgets. Use the same verified email in both. You do not need to purchase again when switching between the website, Claude and ChatGPT.

Plans and trials

Current advertised plans are $19/month or $190/year. Checkout shows the applicable price, currency and billing date. Eligible new customers get seven days free. Returning customers or previously used trial cards may be charged immediately.

Your AI provider’s subscription is separate. Public Coin Daily news and videos remain free.

Open your products

A matching email display name alone does not prove that a Google sign-in and an email sign-in are already linked. Use Link Google from the account you are already signed in to.

Manage billing

In your account, choose Manage billing to update your card, change plans, view invoices or cancel. Stripe shows when cancellation takes effect. A subscription scheduled to cancel at period end remains active until that point.

If payment is overdue, the existing payment-retry grace policy applies while Stripe reports past_due. An ended, unpaid or paused subscription does not grant new Research or MCP access. Check your account for the actual status; a fixed retry duration is not promised here.

Just subscribed?

Return to Research and choose I’ve subscribed — check again, or ask your assistant again after a few seconds. Access is checked against current billing; you do not need a newly issued “Pro” login token.

If access is still missing, check that your sign-in email matches checkout and has been verified. Contact us if you need help; do not purchase a second subscription to solve a sign-in problem.

When access ends

Both products stop serving new paid data after their short access-check caches expire. Previously delivered chat cards or downloaded information are not remotely erased by cancellation.

Complimentary passes work in both products until their recorded expiry.

For account deletion, use Request account deletion from your account and follow the confirmation instructions. Cancel billing first. The privacy policy describes data handling.
